Dr. Marcy F. Maguire of Reproductive Medicine Associates of NJ Named a 2026 NJ Top Doc

She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, completed her OB/GYN residency at Tufts Medical Center, and went on to train in a highly regarded fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health. Today, Dr. Maguire is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Obstetrician, and Gynecologist, known for combining advanced science with a thoughtful, patient-focused approach. As part of the team at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey, she works in a forward-thinking environment that prioritizes innovation, particularly in areas like preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), which, when used alongside IVF, can improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy.

“We make a big effort to stay up to date and offer the latest technology,” says Dr. Maguire. “Not just to offer it, but to actually invent it.”

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Maguire is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Rutgers–Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She also serves as Medical Director for Liberty Corner Surgical Center and is a Partner at Short Hills Surgery Center, reflecting her leadership and dedication to advancing care both inside and outside the clinic.
