He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins, where he received the prestigious Chief Resident Award for Excellence in Gynecologic Oncology. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he also maintains an academic appointment.
One particularly meaningful aspect of Dr. Rybak’s background is his experience beyond the medical field. In addition to his medical and public health degrees, he is an ordained Orthodox rabbi. This allows him to bring an added level of understanding to patients whose fertility journeys involve religious or cultural considerations.
