May 2015 Featured Healthy Recipe : Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

Non-gmo Organic Bread
1/2 Avocado
1 Tbsp EVOO
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
Pepper
Dash of Sea Salt

 

Directions:

1. Mash avocado. Toast the bread.

2. Take the bread and spread the avocado on it.

3. Add EVOO on top and add spices.  Be careful not to put too much oil.

4. Enjoy!
