Dr. Elisha earned her bachelor’s degree from Barnard College at Columbia University before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Inspira Medical Center Vineland, where she further developed her expertise in women’s healthcare.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Elisha has played an active role in medical education and physician mentorship. She previously served as Resident Supervisor for the OB/GYN Medical Education Program at Inspira Health from 2015 to 2019 and has continued this work at Monmouth Medical Center since 2019, helping guide and educate future physicians in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Elisha maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists, and the American Osteopathic Association.
