Dr. Doreen Hock of Reproductive Medicine Associates of NJ Named a 2026 NJ Top Doc

Dr. Doreen Hock has been reviewed and approved by NJ Top Docs for 2026 based on merit. Reproductive medicine is a field where science is constantly changing, and Dr. Hock is passionate about being part of that evolution. For her, one of the most rewarding aspects of reproductive endocrinology is bringing together the many pieces of a patient’s story, using both experience and emerging technology to help create a path forward.

What makes that especially meaningful is seeing how quickly the possibilities in fertility care can change. “It’s amazing to see the technology and things we couldn’t do even three years ago,” she shares. “I have repeat patients come back to have a second child, and I’m able to say ‘Okay, here’s what we did last time, but here’s what we can do now.’”

Board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology, Obstetrics, and Gynecology, Dr. Hock has developed specialized expertise in helping women navigate complex reproductive health challenges. She has a particular interest in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL), conditions that can have both physical and emotional implications for patients and families.

Her approach is grounded in staying current with the science while never losing sight of the individual sitting across from her. Dr. Hock believes advances in reproductive medicine are most meaningful when they can be thoughtfully applied to a patient’s unique circumstances, goals, and history.

Her commitment to advancing the field extends into medical education. Dr. Hock serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her medical degree, Obstetrics and Gynecology residency, and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, giving her extensive training across the full spectrum of reproductive care.

Dr. Hock is particularly interested in the role emerging technologies can play in improving fertility outcomes. At RMA, she has seen firsthand how advances such as SelectCCS (Comprehensive Chromosome Screening) are expanding the tools available to fertility specialists. The technology can help identify embryos with the greatest potential for successful development and support more informed decisions around single embryo transfer.

“So much of this cutting-edge research occurs right here at RMA. We are leaders, not followers.”

For patients facing infertility, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, or other reproductive challenges, the journey can feel filled with uncertainty. Dr. Hock brings a combination of advanced training, clinical experience, and enthusiasm for innovation to help patients better understand their options and move forward with confidence.

Her dedication to reproductive medicine is driven not only by what the field can accomplish today, but by what it may make possible tomorrow. As technology continues to evolve, Dr. Hock remains committed to ensuring her patients have access to thoughtful, individualized care and the newest advances available in reproductive medicine.
