NJ Top Doc, Feraydoon Kohan, MD, FACC is a compassionate cardiologist treating his patients in Jersey City. He is board certified to treat cardiovascular disease, with a subspecialty in nuclear cardiology. Dr. Kohan is affiliated with both the Christ Hospital and the Jersey City Medical Center.

Dr. Kohan began his medical education at the State University of New York at Brooklyn. He then completed internal medicine residency at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Dr. Kohan then completed his cardiology fellowship at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey during which time he was named the chief cardiology fellow.

Dr. Kohan sees patients experiencing fainting or syncope, a family history of heart issues, high blood pressure or hypertension, and general cardiac conditions including chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations. He provides various services, some of which include coronary angiography, cardiovascular screenings, carotid Doppler, echocardiogram, holter monitor, nuclear stress test, treadmill stress test, and cholesterol and lipids checkups.
