Dr. Carollo’s personal and caring approach with his patients is well known in the Florham Park community and state-wide. Dr. Carollo‘s office is truly a family practice, treating adults, teens, children and elderly patients.
The philosophy of his dental practice is to treat each patient as if they were his own family member. His goal is to make each visit as comfortable as possible while striving to provide the highest level of expertise and service.
In the COVID-19 pandemic era, Dr. Carollo and his staff have implemented new COVID-19 protocols. A few of these protocols include:

- New Extra-Oral Suction Systems
- New Air Purification Systems for six to twelve times an hour room air purification
- UVC Sterilization Lights in addition to the normal spray disinfection.
NJ Top Dentist, Dr. Carollo is also the team dentist for the New York Jets of the NFL.
He is a leader in the dental community and has authored many dental articles that have been published in various dental journals. He is also an accomplished dental lecturer and has presented numerous programs locally, nationally and internationally.
Dr. Carollo is a Diplomate in the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. He works closely with other physicians to help his patients treat all phases of sleep disorders such as snoring and sleep apnea.
