NJ Top Docs has reviewed and approved Dr. Jeffrey G. Weiss based on merit for 2025. Dr. Jeffrey Weiss began his academic career at Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993, graduating with Distinction. He went on to pursue his medical education at Hahnemann University School of Medicine—now known as Drexel University College of Medicine—where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1997. During medical school, Dr. Weiss was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the prestigious national medical honor society, in recognition of his academic excellence and clinical achievements.
Following medical school, Dr. Weiss completed his pediatric residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City from 1997 to 2000. Throughout his residency, he was widely recognized for both his teaching abilities and compassionate approach to patient care, earning multiple teaching awards and being honored as the “Most Compassionate Doctor.” These early accolades reflected his natural ability to connect with patients and families while delivering high-quality medical care.
Dr. Weiss continued his advanced training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he completed a fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in 2002. During his fellowship, he was awarded “Best Teaching Fellow of the Year” in 2001, further underscoring his dedication to education, mentorship, and excellence within his specialty.
Board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI), Dr. Weiss has been practicing in northern New Jersey since 2002. In 2004, he founded Impact Medical with the vision of creating a specialized Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology practice rooted in clinical excellence, personalized treatment, and compassionate care. Since its founding, Impact Medical has become a trusted resource for patients seeking comprehensive allergy and immunologic services.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Weiss is married and the proud father of four children. When he is not caring for patients or managing his practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, staying active through exercise, and pursuing his interests in skiing and golf.
Dr. Weiss’s dedication to patient care has earned him consistent recognition over the years. He has been named a USA Top Doc from 2019 through 2024, an NJ Top Doc from 2016 through present, and a New Jersey Favorite Kid’s Doc from 2016 through 2024. He currently sees patients at Impact Medical’s Morristown, Riverdale, and Paramus office locations.
