Her specialties include total ankle joint replacement, forefoot reconstruction, arthroscopic ankle repair, diabetic limb preservation, and complex surgical salvage. She is also highly experienced in addressing pediatric and congenital deformities, peripheral nerve disorders, and adult foot and ankle reconstruction.
Beyond her surgical practice, Dr. DeWaters is deeply committed to advancing the field of podiatric medicine through education and mentorship. She teaches foot and ankle surgery to medical students and residents and is actively involved in both clinical and private practice. A Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, she also maintains membership with the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association.
