Brian Mehling, MD of Mehling Orthopedics Named NJ Top Doc For 2022

Dr. Mehling’s path to medicine started during his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Biochemistry in 1989 and 1994, respectively. Dr. Mehling went on to earn his medical doctorate from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio in 1996.

Upon graduation, Dr. Mehling pursued an orthopedic surgery residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, New Jersey and a sports medicine fellowship at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in chemistry from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.

As a well-regarded researcher in the medical community, Dr. Mehling has spearheaded groundbreaking stem cell therapy research at his company, BHI Therapeutic Sciences, Inc. The organization is focused on targeting new stem cell therapy treatments and research. 

As an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Mehling is passionate about providing his patients with expert care in a relaxing environment. He has been treating patients to excellent care for more than 22 years.
