That early curiosity has evolved into a distinguished career centered around helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood.
Dr. Maguire earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, completed her OB/GYN residency at Tufts Medical Center, and went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health. Now a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Obstetrician, and Gynecologist, Dr. Maguire is known for her commitment to advancing the science and success of fertility treatments. As part of the team at RMA, she finds it energizing to work in a proactive, innovation-driven environment—especially at the forefront of preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), a powerful tool that, when paired with IVF, helps increase the chances of a healthy and successful pregnancy.
“We make a big effort to stay up to date and offer the latest technology,” says Dr. Maguire.“Not just to offer it, but to actually invent it.”
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Maguire serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She also serves as Medical Director for Liberty Corner Surgical Center and is a Partner at Short Hills Surgery Center.
Throughout her career, Dr. Maguire has been guided by compassion, science, and a deep respect for the emotional journey her patients face. “I’ve met so many incredible couples,” says Dr. Maguire. “Each of them is so deserving and I feel lucky to be able to help them.”
