Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, Dr. Todd O. Leventhal Approved As NJ Top Doc

NJ Top Docs has reviewed and approved Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, Todd O. Leventhal, M.D. of The Berkeley Heights Eye Group for 2021. 

Dr. Leventhal attended the University of Rochester and graduated magna cum laude prior to obtaining his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine and Dentistry. 

Dr. Leventhal performed an internal medicine internship at the Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Massachusetts and completed his residency training in ophthalmology at the Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx.

Dr. Leventhal has been on the staff of the Berkeley Heights Eye Group for over twenty years. He became the owner and medical director of the practice in 2001 and the practice continues to thrive under his direction. 

“Thank you to all of our patients that have trusted in our ability to provide safe and excellent care during these trying times,” says Dr. Leventhal.  “We take great pride in knowing that we have been able to remain available to our patients and have kept everyone safe.” 

He is also currently serving as the assistant chief of the ophthalmology department of Overlook Hospital and is an active participant in the Optimus Accountable Care organization.
