A few of the psychotherapies that Dr. Blank uses at her practice include Psychoanalytic Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her philosophy is that taking an eclectic approach to patients is the best way to help them.
