All three doctors are Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and have conducted research and authored or co-authored many Orthopedic publications.Dr. Hayken is the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, as well as medical director of the hip fracture program.Dr. Schwartz is the co-director of the Virtua Health Sports Medicine Program and is frequently seen and heard on Comcast Sports Network.Dr. Bowers is the head team physician for the athletes of Burlington County.Drs. Hayken. Schwartz & Bowers have all received multiple honors through various organizations throughout their careers, including NJ Top Doctors.

The physicians are members of multiple medical societies, including the Burlington county Medical Society, The New Jersey State Medical Society, the New Jersey Orthopaedic Society, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, The American College of Sports medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North American. Their physician assistants have also been honored by their respective organizations and are involved in teaching through their respective training programs.
