Dr. Mark Sauer Earns NJ Top Docs 2026 Recognition

After earning his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Sauer completed medical school, internship, and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He went on to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Further expanding his knowledge of the complex issues surrounding fertility care, Dr. Sauer also earned a Master of Science degree in Bioethics from Columbia University.

Widely recognized for his contributions to the field, Dr. Sauer has dedicated much of his career to researching third-party reproduction, fertility preservation for cancer patients and survivors, and ethical issues in reproductive medicine. He has shared his expertise at conferences across the country and around the world and has authored more than 200 scientific abstracts and publications.
