Our offices are conveniently located in Flemington, Clinton, and Bridgewater. Dr. Yaser Elnahar

Dr. Elnahar graduated from Binghamton University. He completed his medical education from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. He then went to St. Joseph’s Medical Center to begin his Cardiology Fellowship where he became the Chief Cardiology Fellow in 2012. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Elnahar has publications in the Journal of Atrial Fibrillation, the Journal of Clinical Medicine and Research, Reports in Medical Imaging, and more. Dr. Elnahar is also fluent in Arabic and Spanish.

    Dr. Lind is a non-invasive cardiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. Dr. Lind completed his medical residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is board certified in echocardiography and cardiovascular disease.

  • Dr. Herman Maeuser

    Dr. Herman Maeuser is a vascular surgeon. Dr. Herman Maeuser received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 1986. From there he began his residency in general surgery which he completed in 1992. He then completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Newark Beth Israel in 1994.

    Dr. Maeuser began working as a surgeon at Hunterdon Surgical Associates in 2001. He was appointed as the Medical Director of the Hunterdon Wound Healing Center in 2007 and continues to see patients there.

    Dr. Ted Bialy is a non-invasive cardiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. He completed his medical residency at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield, New Jersey and cardiology fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, New Jersey. Dr. Bialy is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.

    He has been in practice in Hunterdon County since 1988. He speaks fluent Polish.

    Dr. Schafranek is an interventional cardiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. After completing a residency training program in internal medicine at St. Vincents Hospital in Manhattan, he went on to complete a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases and hypertension and interventional cardiology at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ.

    Dr. Venkatesh Alapati is an Interventional and Structural Cardiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates (HCA), where he heads the Valve Center. His passion lies in providing expert care for patients with valvular heart disease, guiding them through every step of their treatment.

    Originally from New York City, Dr. Alapati attended Stuyvesant High School before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at New York University. He went on to graduate from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY, followed by training in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Alapati completed his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and pursued specialized training in Structural Heart Disease at the University of Miami.

    A published researcher and frequent presenter at leading cardiology conferences, Dr. Alapati is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Medicine.

    Dr. Christopher A. Garcia

    Dr. Christopher A. Garcia is a non-invasive cardiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates, where he brings his expertise and passion for heart health to every patient he serves.

    A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Pace University’s Pforzheimer Honors College in New York, Dr. Garcia earned his Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology before pursuing his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2012. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Winthrop University Hospital, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Garcia went on to complete his cardiovascular fellowship at NYU-Winthrop University Hospital in 2019. His clinical interests include the evaluation and treatment of valvular heart disease and caring for the cardiovascular health of the geriatric population.

    Board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology, Dr. Garcia is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of several prominent medical organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Heart Association, and the American Society of Echocardiography.

    Dr. Andrew Rudnick

    Dr. Rudnick is a skilled cardiac electrophysiologist at Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates, with a distinguished career in both patient care and medical leadership. He currently serves as the President of the Medical Staff at Hunterdon Medical Center and has been recognized as one of New Jersey’s top-rated doctors in both 2016 and 2018.

    Dr. Rudnick’s medical journey began with his internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. There, he was honored as “Teaching Fellow of the Year” by the house staff in 2002-2003. He returned to Temple for advanced fellowship training in cardiac electrophysiology, solidifying his expertise in heart rhythm disorders.

    Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Dr. Rudnick is an active member of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. He has also held leadership positions at Hunterdon Medical Center, including Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Director of the Division of Cardiology. Recognized for his dedication to education, Dr. Rudnick was awarded “Teacher of the Year” by the Hunterdon Medical Center resident physicians in both 2009 and 2014.

    Dr. Rudnick combines his clinical expertise with a passion for teaching, patient care, and leadership, always striving to provide exceptional care for his patients.
