Dr. Victor Rossi is one of the few area chiropractors actively involved in providing Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA). He has extensive training and certification(s) allowing him to perform this procedure. MUA, performed at a surgical center, allows effective treatment whereby the patient who, by failing to respond to in office treatment, can re-gain spinal function without the need for surgery.
