Dr. Chatiwala is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with over 16 years of experience, including more than seven years serving patients in Sussex County. Her clinical focus includes gastrointestinal, breast, gynecologic, and genitourinary cancers, as well as lymphoma and blood disorders. She is affiliated with Newton Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where she is also involved in cancer research.

Dr. Chatiwala earned her medical degree from MS University in India and completed her residency and fellowship in hematology and oncology at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. She later served for five years as faculty in the center’s fellowship program.

She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American Medical Association. Dr. Chatiwala has received numerous honors, including multiple Jersey’s Best Magazine Top Doctor and Exceptional Women in Medicine awards. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Dr. Abdo-Matkiwsky has been caring for patients in the Sussex County community for over 15 years and remains actively involved in local fundraising efforts and public school initiatives. She holds medical licenses in both New Jersey and New York and has authored several peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Abdo-Matkiwsky serves as an adjunct professor of hematology/oncology at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and leads the Tumor Board at Newton Medical Center. She is deeply involved in breast cancer research and regularly enrolls patients in clinical trials.
