Saurabh Dang, MD, MBA is a double board-certified anesthesiology and pain medicine specialist at Hudson Pain and Spine in Englewood, New Jersey. He is committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve quality of life through advanced, minimally invasive treatments.

Dr. Dang earned his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and completed a General Surgery internship at Beth Israel Medical Center. He then completed an Anesthesiology residency at New York Medical College, where he served as Chief Resident and received the “Resident of the Year” award. He went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at The University of Toledo and earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

He specializes in neuromodulation and advanced interventional procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery, SI joint fusion, kyphoplasty, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression for spinal stenosis. Dr. Dang takes a multimodal, patient-centered approach, combining innovative procedures with comprehensive care tailored to each individual.

An active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the North American Neuromodulation Society, Dr. Dang also educates physicians nationwide while helping patients in New Jersey achieve lasting relief from chronic pain.
