Dr. Rae Ronald Aranas
Dr. Rae Aranas founded Primary Pain Consultants with a clear goal: to deliver exceptional, patient-focused pain management care to individuals across New Jersey. Known for his expertise and compassionate approach, he is often trusted by fellow physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to care for themselves and their loved ones. With offices in Bridgewater and Westfield, Primary Pain Consultants provides comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Rae Ronald Aranas, MD
Dr. Aranas is a board-certified Interventional Pain Medicine specialist with dual certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology. He founded Primary Pain Consultants with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered pain care throughout New Jersey.
Dr. Aranas completed his Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, where he received advanced training in comprehensive pain management, including the latest interventional techniques, spinal cord stimulation, and intrathecal pump implantation. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the nationally recognized Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Aranas is dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans that focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting long-term wellness.
