About Us

At Kayal Rheumatology Center, we are committed to diagnosing and treating the crippling pain that occurs when you suffer from osteoarthritis, rheumatism, (including rheumatoid arthritis), lupus, gout, chronic back pain, tendinitis and other conditions of the joints, bones, muscles and connective tissue.

Our Doctors

Irina Raklyar, MD, FACR

Dr. Irina Raklyar has been serving patients in northern New Jersey for over 10 years as a board-certified rheumatologist, specializing in arthritis and autoimmune diseases. She prides herself in staying current and offering modern, evidence-based medicine. She has advanced her practice with experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.

    • Rajesh K. Pandey, MD

    Dr. Rajesh K. Pandey is a board-certified rheumatologist and New England native. He earned his undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and his MD from Ross University in 2006. After completing residency at UMDNJ and a rheumatology fellowship at Albany Medical Center, he began practicing in Bergen County in 2012.

    Dr. Pandey specializes in rheumatology and osteoporosis care, with extensive experience in ultrasound-guided procedures. He stays up to date with the latest treatments and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology.
