Florham Park OB/GYN, led by Donald Chervenak, MD, has three convenient locations for women to access quality obstetric and gynecologic care in a comfortable, compassionate setting. Dr. Chervenak takes great pride in being a solo-practitioner within the changing world of healthcare. He has devotedly delivered over 98% of his own obstetrical patients’ new bundles throughout the years, and is voted one of the top doctors in Consumers’ Guide to Top Doctors.

Dr. Chervenak is a practicing Obstetrician and Gynecologist. He received a combined BA/MD Degree from the Boston University Accelerated Medical Program in 1980. He has also received a BA in psychology. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He serves on several committees at Saint Barnabas Medical Center ranging from Quality Assurance and Perinatal Review to Resident Selection Committee. Dr. Chervenak is a national leader for women’s rights and ability to obtain healthcare.

I have been Dr. C’s patient for many yrs. One of the most dedicated and resourceful docs I have ever met.Delivered my grandsons with his usual professionalism and warmth. To the person(s) that comment on docs political views or use of bad language…maybe you will think back to his views and language some day and think “I should have listened to him more closely”, he really knows his facts about the state of our healthcare. I was so scared for my first visit to the gynecologist. Dr Chervenak made me feel so relaxed and answered all my questions…even the ones I was too scared to ask!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an emergency and Dr.Chervenak treated me with such good care and his humor helped me stay sane. He even called me the next evening to check up on me and go over all my test results. I followed up with Sue Kadlek CNM when I came home from college and loved her. I never thought I would feel so comfortable asking such embarrassing questions! I have recommended several of my friends to the practice. It it great to be able to get appointments around my crazy schedule and a reminder call so I don’t forget.
