Dr. Cindy Parnes
Dr. Cindy Parnes is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, with more than three decades of experience caring for women throughout every stage of life. She is committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their health and well-being.
Cindy Parnes, MD, FACOG
Dr. Parnes has been practicing in Bergen County since 1989. After 16 years of caring for patients through both obstetrics and gynecology, she transitioned her practice exclusively to gynecologic medicine in 2006 and founded the NJ Women’s Wellness Center in Montvale. Her areas of focus include menopause care, preventive health and cancer screenings, adolescent medicine, weight management, and MonaLisa Touch laser therapy.
Although she had opportunities to practice in New York City after completing her residency as Chief Resident, Dr. Parnes chose to return to the New Jersey community where she grew up. She enjoys the suburban lifestyle and the diversity and culture of nearby New York City.
Outside of the office, Dr. Parnes enjoys traveling, golf, pickleball, Sudoku, and crossword puzzles. Most of all, she treasures spending time with her two daughters.

Dr. Parnes came highly recommended to me and I was definitely not disappointed! I saw her for a second opinion and she was thorough familiarizing herself with my history.
