Dr. Anna Korkis is a solo practicing Gastroenterologist and Liver specialist boarded in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Liver Disease.
Prior to entering private practice in 1992, Dr. Korkis taught her expertise to medical students at the New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center and lectured extensively. She continues to teach and mentor P.A. students and health professionals.
She is author to numerous medical articles as well as a chapter in a medical book.
Dr. Korkis was awarded the prestigious Certificate of Recognition and Merit by the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate for her work in Medicine.

I was referred to Dr. Korkis by my PCP. I was surprised that I only had to wait a week to get an appointment (The other Doctor I called said the first available appointment was 6 weeks away). Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Korkis explained everything very clearly. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy just one week later. The facility where it was performed was very efficient and I had no complications. I would recommend Dr. Korkis to anybody with a gastro concern.

I have been going to Dr. Korkis for approximately 30 years. She is very thorough and easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her patients. She will go out of her way to explain and alleviate any concerns that you are having.

I found Dr. Korkis though the Valley Hospital ER where she was on call. She is very patient and good at explaining things. I have had several follow ups in her office and she and her staff are great.
