Dr. Coyle began his academic journey at Xavier High School in Manhattan before heading to the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree. He went on to earn his dental degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School, graduating in 1979. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Dr. Coyle is committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry through ongoing education and advanced training. He has studied at both the prestigious Spear Institute and the Pankey Institute for Advanced Studies.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Dr. Coyle is a trusted provider in the community. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association®, and a preferred provider for Invisalign®.

Dr. Kate is a New Jersey native who brings a unique perspective and genuine passion for patient-centered dentistry to Coyle Dentistry. She attended The Pingry School in Martinsville before graduating cum laude from Dartmouth College.

After college, Dr. Kate worked as a Consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton’s healthcare strategy group in New York City. While she enjoyed exploring the business side of healthcare, the experience inspired her to pursue a more direct role in patient care. She spent her gap year as a dental assistant at Coyle Dentistry before attending Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Kate earned her DMD from Harvard in 2014, receiving the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she further developed her clinical skills with a focus on medically compromised and special needs patients.

Her clinical interests include restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and oral surgery, and she is also certified in Invisalign® and BOTOX®. Dr. Kate is thrilled to be back in Madison practicing alongside her father and the Coyle Dentistry team, where she looks forward to providing personalized, comprehensive care to every patient.
