Her expertise also extends to the reconstruction of pediatric and congenital deformities, peripheral nerve surgery, and the management of complex adult foot and ankle deformities.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. DeWaters is committed to education and regularly teaches foot and ankle surgery to podiatric medical students and residents. She maintains both clinic and private practices and is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. DeWaters also contributed a chapter to McGlamry’s Textbook for Foot and Ankle Surgery and frequently lectures nationwide on various podiatric topics.
