Gezime Djonovic MS, CCC-SLP
Gezime Djonovic, MS, CCC-SLP is certified by the American- Speech –Language-Hearing –Association and licensed to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Speech –Language-Hearing Association. She is listed in the directory at www.asha.org and www.njsha.org. Mrs. Djonovic graduated from Kean University with a BA in Communication and Hearing Disorders and with a MS degree in Speech Pathology from Nova Southeastern University.
Mrs. Djonovic’s speech therapy practice includes working with pediatric and adult speech, swallowing, orofacial myofunctionaL therapy, “thumb or digit sucking” remediation, articulation, voice, accent modification.
Mrs. Djonovic has been trained in the Simon Says “Tongue Tips” and “Thumbs Up” programs. She is trained in the PROMPT technique. In addition, she is certified in the Compton PESL (Pronouncing English as a Second Language) Program and offers it to clients wishing to enhance their communication skills through accent reduction and modification. The Compton PESL is custom tailored to help foreign language speakers neutralize their accented speech of American English. At completion, speakers typically see 50% reduction of their accent.

Emily Lane MA, CCC-SLP
Emily is a Speech-Language Pathologist who received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey in 2016 with a self-designed major in Communication Sciences & Disorders and minors in Deaf Studies and Sociology. Emily recently completed her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Montclair State University in 2019. Emily has experience in the private practice setting applying evidence-based approaches with children of all ages in a variety of areas including: Early Intervention, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD).
She was also involved in research at Montclair State University’s Biofeedback Laboratory where she utilized visual-acoustic biofeedback to treat children who have difficulty producing the “R” sound. She is also trained in the PROMPT technique and specializes in myo-functional speech disorders and swallowing. Additionally, Emily has experience working with adults in a subacute rehabilitation setting treating dysphagia, cognitive aspects of communication, and aphasia.
Emily believes in the importance of collaborating with family members and caregivers throughout the treatment process to ensure maximum potential of success for all clients.
