Little Falls Dentist Dr. Shahmehdi is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He has been in private practice for 15 years specializing in general dentistry. He graduated top amongst his class at UMDNJ, where he gained much recognition for his academic excellence. Dr. Shahmehdi was honored by the OKU Honor society and was elected into the Gamma Phi Delta prosthodontic honor society. Dr. Shahmehdi continued his education at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, one of the most competitive general practice residency centers in the North East.

Dr. Shahmehdi completed a two year continuing educational course at New York University of Dentistry (NYU) in surgical placement of implants and restoration. At NYU, Dr. Shahmehdi performed and mastered the science of dental implants, full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. He is a firm believer in providing the highest quality of care to his patients.
